Bob Askey (bobaskey)

Bob Askey has been mayor of Longmont, CO (population 83,000) and is president of his Longmont homeowners association. He has been investing profitably for decades. Bob graduatd from the University of Nebraska and has won the NU Alumni Achievement Award. In 1997 he bought Berkshire Hathaway, then sold it a few years later when he found he could use the money more profitably in other stock investments. Bob Askey has two sons and two grandchildren, and is independently wealthy.
