Three questions to ask before investing
Friday, February 22, 2008 | (harveym003)

1. How is your product or service so different or better than your competitors that customers will come to you instead of familiar or existing merchants. (If you say your product/service has no competition, then why do you think it is even marketable?)

2. What is the level of knowledge experience in this area that you and your management team bring to your company?

3. Assuming the first two questions are answered satisfactorily, is the amount you're asking for enough to sustain operations for a minimum of three years, or until your most conservative projections show that you will attain profitability?
