3. Show me the plan. I mean not airy-fairy ideas but a detailed breakdown of the A to Z, the Soup to Nuts. Are you intimate with the industry you want to play in. Do you love the industry you want to play in. Do you understand what it is like to lose. How much stress can you really handle. Is your plan realistic.

Thats what I start with. My gut feel will help me take it from there.
