Friday, February 22, 2008 | John Dalt Is this Spam?1. Will the business work with out the principal?
--what will happen with out him if he gets sick or gets a divorce?
2. Is the principal willing to work the hours, and capable?
--Has the principal demonstrated the determination to follow through over an extended period thru adversity?
--Does he have the skills to manage the business?
3. How do I get out?
---If I don't like it, how do I get out without anger or hassle. Buy/Sell, replaced by another investor?
4. Where is the payday?
---How long is the play. What is the goal. Don't tell me to make money, not to make a living. Are we going for a buyout by a larger industry leader? Are we going for IPO? Are we going broke?
