The first 3 questions to ask before investing in a private company.

Friday, February 22, 2008 | Lester (lsiegfried) Is this Spam?

Rating:

1. How much money and what % of your assets are you investing?

2. How much are family and friends investing?

3. How much do you intend to pay yourself in the first 3-5 years?

Upon submitting these questions in response to your request, I failed to see why the 100 word minimum. I was at first going to email you with my disgust of this requirement. But after starting to complete the contact form, I remembered this occuring in college and other times and decided to fufill this requirement the same way (almost). This fufills the requirement of a 100 words.
