(1) Who is the management and what is their acutal hands-on business experience particularly past failures and how they handled those?

Why these? NOBODY I've know read, or been mentored by has succeeded in anything in life without falling down and picking themselves up. If building a business to the point of creating a solid, sustainable profit was easy - then everybody would do it....and that's just not the case.
