Q1.

Is this product or service new/unique/exciting enough to make me buy it and if so, would I buy it or use it again and again?

Q2.

Is the 'business plan' as presented a well thought-out proposal that I want to read (and read again) as it addresses all the challenges of starting/running a business and envisages a viable, profitable, and expandable operation that eventually could/ would go public?

Q3.

Is the risk/reward sufficient to justify my investment and as well, what if any, would/should my role be in the business; active/passive/in-between or at least provide self-empowerment were the Investor required to ‘step-in?
