Indian real estate boom

hi everybody, i have some details and facts about indian real estate boom. indian real estate market is currently worth $14 billion and expected to be worth $90 billion by 2015. foreign direct investment in real estate sector so far is only 5-6% of the total investment. currently emmar group of dubai and Jr Trump are investing nearly billion each in real estate market. it has gone up by 300% in last 5 yrs and still likely to grow at 30% with return on investment 25-30% per annum.

most of the demand from Indian IT sector which will required around 200 million sq ft office space and residential demand will be 20 million unit in next 5-10 yrs out of that 7 million residential unit will required in urban cities.

    Caveat Emptor, my fellow members. What the article states might be true, might not be, but how are you going to check on how your investment is doing? Do you really want to be a landlord from thousands of miles away?



    Big money in real estate is going to be made right here in the USA, but it is not yet the time. Prices are still falling and the new restrictions on mortgages are still choking off any chance of recovery. But in time, all this will change, and I will be here shouting the news when the time is right. Until then, patience, and let the market come to you!

    The article is a bit small, and you don't really give details on how to take advantage of it. You only say its there. How does someone who isn't in that country, and can't go to that country, take advantage of the boom?

    Construction companies?

    Banks?

    Actual real estate?
